Two Baby Quilts

Arlyce made these two baby quilt tops!

I quilted the teddy bear quilt with an edge-to-edge design called "Pretty Paisley".

For the backing, she used 60" wide flannel--super soft and handy as there was no piecing for the backing! The pattern for this teddy bear can be found here, Quiltmaker's magazine. It can also be made as a panda bear!!!

The puppy quilt is quilted with "Modernish 3".  I was going for "Snips and snails and puppy dog tails" look.

The backing on the puppy quilt is plaid flannel. This puppy dog pattern can be found here, at Quiltmaker's magazine.

Both quilts finish at 41" X 52". So cute! Great job, Arlyse!

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

  5. I love the Modernish motif! It does remind me of wiggly puppy tails :)

  6. Pretty quilts and lovely quilting! I'm saving your pics to show my long arm quilter! Thank you for sharing!
