Paula's 🔀Weave🔀 It Be Ombre Quilt

Paula made this awesome quilt as a Christmas 🎁 gift for her son and daughter-in-law!

Quilt Info:

Pattern: Weave It Be by Callie Works-Leary for Bluprint
Fabrics: Boundless Ombre jelly roll
Size: 59" X 69"
Batting: Hobbs 80/20 Black
Thread: top--Glide: Black, bottom--Fabulux: Ocean Breeze variegated
Quilting: Figure 8s
Interesting Fact: I broke one of my longarm rules and used a different thread in the top and bobbin! 😯 At Paula's suggestion, I used a variegated thread in the bobbin, to add some interest to the solid black backing. I paired it with a solid black thread on top, so as not to distract from the piecing.😊

Beautiful, Paula! This will be well loved and enjoyed!

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

  8. A Midnight Quilt Show quilt! I love seeing those. I love the variegated rainbow thread, it's perfect for this quilt, really adds something extra but does not take away from the fabric. Great job!
