𝍤𝍭 Strip Off # 2 𝍭𝍤

Here's my second Strip Off quilt, part of the current QAL with Gudrun at GE Designs!!!
Quilt Info:
Pattern: Strip Off from Stripology by Gudrun Erla
Size: 37" X 37"
Batting: Quilters Dream Orient
Thread: Glide--Tabriz Orchid
Quilting: African Foliage from Three Sisters Fabric
Interesting Info: This is my third strip quilt made as part of Gudrun's current QAL, info here. See my first strip QAL quilt here--Strip Lash, and my second strip QAL quilt here--Strip Off #1
This quilting design, African Foliage, compliments the bit of mod fabric I used on the back:
I really wanted to use this print fabric, from the 200 yen bin at Yuzawaya, Tokyo, on the back. I found a coordinating solid and spliced it in across the middle: ⤵️
This is another quilt that I'm sending to Jack's Basket! See their quilt donation info here.

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

  4. I'm surprised by how well -- REALLY well -- the twirling floral vine looks against the straight piecing lines in this quilt. I need to sear this one into my brain because I really love the way the curves and straight lines play off one another. So fun to see the same quilt in different colorways, too!
