I have two quilts to share today, made by two clients: a Christmas quilt, and a quilt from Japanese fabrics!!
Quilt Info #1:
Pattern: Diana from GE Designs
Size: 59" x 68"
Fabrics: Hustle & Bustle by Basic Grey
Batting: Quilters Dream 80/20
Thread: Glide--Linen
Pantograph: Scandi Snowflake ⤵️ from Intelligent Quilting
Interesting Info: This is a free pattern made from 10" squares--a layer cake or cut from your collection!!!
Topper: Sunny
Size: 80" x 80"
Batting: Quilters Dream 80/20
Thread: Glide--Cleopatra
Pantograph: Blender ⤵️ from Modern Textiles
Interesting Info: Sunny requested gold thread ✅, and dense quilting ✅, my favorite type of quilting!!! BTW, dense quilting doesn't necessarily mean a stiff quilt--the right thread and batting can make a quilt soft whether quilted densely or not.
Close-ups of some of these beautiful Japanese fabrics! ⤴️⤵️Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

You were right at home quilting on Sunny's Japenese fabrics;) The fabrics on Lynn's quilt are delicious too!
ReplyDeleteBoth quilts are so pretty! I especially like those Christmas fabrics, but the Japanese fabrics are a feast for the eyes! As always, you've done lovely quilting on both quilts!
ReplyDeleteLynn and Sunny's quilts are beautiful. The Christmas quilt is really beautiful and I love that panto. It is amazing how a simple pattern makes those fabrics shine. Sunny's Japanese quilt is beautiful and gold is a perfect choice for those fabrics. Great job making their beauties even more beautiful!

ReplyDeleteAlways a treat to see what your clients are up to. I can imagine the Christmas quilt being pulled out each December and family reminiscing/playing I spy with the fabric choices. What a fun snowflake design to compliment the season.
