Quilt Info:
Maker: Missy
Size: 60" X 73"
Batting: Quilters Dream Orient
Thread: Glide--Cleopatra

The quilting is "Rosemary" and mimics the tone-on-tone print of the fabrics Missy used:
Another great finish, Missy!!! This will add a lot of color to your living room!!!

  4. Nancy, love your photos, and am excited about this one! I have had mixed feelings about it, but the quilting has really brought it to life, and it will be fun to have something contemporary looking in my traditional home - though I feel pretty sure one of my children will claim it once they see it. Thank you so much! Beautiful job as always!

  6. I love this pattern. I never would have thought of it, and yet it’s so simple. I’m new to quilting, and find I like these modern, geometric designs, probably because they’re so clean looking.

  7. What a lovely finish! I love the subtlety of the Rosemary quilting pattern and the way the fabrics read as solids from a distance yet have a bit more interest upon closer inspection.

  9. What a beautiful quilt Nancy and Missy. You chose a beautiful color palette for it, Missy. I like the way the fabrics read solid, but actually have a light design. I really like the rosemary quilting pattern, Nancy. It really does look like rosemary. It's a great addition to the quilt.

I'm hopping by from the What's Under My Foot Link Party. :)

  12. This is a pattern? It has a very improv look to it and I can see quirks (unlike in a pattern) in several places. I have a feeling Missy added those. I am so inspired to attempt something similar. Oh beautifully quilted, as usual.
