▦ Gingham💗Heart💗Mini ▦

Happy Valentine month!!!
Quilt Info:
Pattern: Gingham Heart Mini Quilt by Mandi Percell of Sewcial Stitch
Size: 24" X 24"
Thread: Superior Metallics--Variegated Silver; Glide--Linen in bobbin
Batting: Quilters Dream Poly
Quilting: Cupid from Urban Elementz--Leisha Farnsworth
Interesting Info: This is Mandi's first pattern! I get her newsletter and have done one of her QALs. This super cute heart quilt is the exact right size for our front door!
Here's what my computer screen looks like after I've worked it to the final settings:
I used a variegated metallic thread on top for quilting:⤵️
I wanted to work from stash for this quilt. I had enough of the medium pink in solid, but not enough of the lighter and darker pinks in solids, so I went with a mixture of a solid and prints.⤵️
For the back and the hanging sleeve, I used a couple of quirky fabrics that I had from the 200 yen bin at Yuzawaya in Tokyo.⤵️
This is the front of our home, with my heart quilt and heart rag wreath. We have less snow than usual so far this winter. The sign on the left of our house reads: "A Quilter lives here".⤵️
Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy
