Meadowland is definitely my all-time favorite quilt pattern--I've made 6 of them so far! For me, the next best thing to making a Meadowland is quilting a Meadowland!!! Here's a beautiful Tula Pink fabric version made by Missy!!!
Maker: Missy
Pattern: Meadowland by Then Came June
Size: 64" x 64"
Batting: Quilters Dream
Thread: Glide--Tabriz Orchid
Pantograph: Triplet ⤵️ from Ma Tante Quilting Shop
Interesting info: Missy made this for her 7th grade prayer partner who loves purple!!! How sweet is that!!!
Tula Pink Fairy Dust for the backing! ⤴️Beautiful quilt and gift, Missy!!!

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous quilt - the design and colors, and your lovely quilting.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I really like that Tula Pink Fairy Dust fabric.
ReplyDeleteI keep looking out the window to see if the mailman has come yet! SO excited to see this Nancy and to put the binding on! I love the quilting pattern and it was fun to be a little daring (for me!) and go with the orchid thread!! Gorgeous work as always Nancy - thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely quilt! The fabrics in the top look awesome and the backing fabric is fabulous. I also love the lilac thread choice. I would have probably picked boring white ;) but this fits so well. Also great quilting - motiv and all. You both enjoy! xo
ReplyDeleteThis just sparkles! Wonderful gift! :)
ReplyDeleteNancy I keep seeing Meadowland and think I need to make one of those!!! Heading over to look at that pattern again!!

ReplyDeleteGreat jobs by both of you. That is a wonderful pattern. (No, don't let that sink in -- I can NOT start anything new right now.) Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteA lovely choice of fabric for this design. Gorgeous finish.
ReplyDeleteI like that pantograph... more ideas for free-motion ;-) Do you know I actually have this pattern and still have not made it? Should put it on my list for this year! What a wonderful gift this is and wonderful you had a part in it!
