Quilter Bonnie has been busy making a winter flannel quilt from this cute fabric line!!!
Quilt Info:
Fabrics: Let It Snow flannels by Janet Rae Nesbitt from Henry Glass Fabrics
Size: 98" x 107"
Batting: Quilters Dream 80/20
Thread: Glide--Cream
Pantograph: Scandi Snowflake ⤵️ from Intelligent Quilting
I put Scandi Snowflakes quilting on a flannel quilt for Bonnie's son's quilt, here. She liked that one so much that she requested it for this quilt, too!
Extra wide 108" flannel backing is hard to find! Bonnie used this tan 108" flannel backing.⤵️
Great job, Bon!!! This will be super warm for Minnesota winters!!!
Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

Hmmm, this quilt looks so cozy and warm! I love the snowflake quilting design too ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing Nancy, and linking up ❤
Looks like a great quilt to snuggle up in during the next snow storm;)
ReplyDeleteBoy, the timing of the finish on this pretty quilt couldn't be better! She'll like having that close by with the weather coming this week!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a quilt that we would all love to wrap up in! So fun to see all those pretty fabrics and your amazing quilting up close, too, Nancy. A great, cozy finish!
ReplyDeleteHow cozy!
ReplyDeleteIt is gorgeous and does look so cozy. I love the quilting design chosen - it is perfect for this quilt. Glad Bonnie could find a suitable flannel backing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilt, love the flannel line, here the stores didn't carry flannels like those. As always you selected the perfect quilting design. Looks so soft and cozy.
ReplyDeleteThis quilt is beautiful! Such a cozy bundle to snuggle under when the cold winds blow. I'm very inspired by this, I need a cozy quilt for my husband who seems to be feeling the cold more and more. And I already have the pattern! I love your quilting, it greatly suits this quilt! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat way to quilt this cozy creation. I've been making that block (regular cotton, though), kind of hit or miss, anticipating a scrappy project for a donation quilt.
ReplyDeleteThat is a warm and cozy looking quilt. Thanks for sharing on Sew & Tell. <3
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful warm and cozy quilt and love the snowflake pattern that you used. Perfection. Happy Monday, Nancy.
ReplyDeleteThe Scandi Snowflakes quilting is the perfect choice for Bonnie's lovely quilt. Such a warm and cosy looking quilt.
ReplyDeleteThank you for finishing this quilt just in time for the blizzard we are facing here in Minnesota! You did a wonderful job quilting it for me with the perfect snowflake panto to go with my Let It Snow fabric. Thank you also for helping me lay out the squares on your design wall. I could not have done the layout without your help!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy the simple design of these quilts. They are so effective with the right choice of fabrics. A lovely finish.
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful pattern line. And, you picked an excellent pattern to go with it. I keep saying I'm going to make a quilt using rectangles but I haven't gotten very far with it -- I've cut some scraps with a rectangular die and that is it. One of these days...
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, what a lovely snuggly quilt.
ReplyDeleteIt is a fitting quilting design for a flannel quilt! xo
