The softballs quilt out very nicely in this pantograph!!!⤴️⤵️Even better on the 90" minkee backing Susan picked out!⤵️
Interesting Info: There are 10 different BQ patterns. Susan used BQ2. BQ stands for Big Quilt. These blocks finish at 18"!
Great job, Susan!!! And congrats to Ms. Gallahue!!!

ReplyDeleteThat looks really good. I'm curious about the minky, was it a pain loading it on the frame and keeping it straight? Thank you for linking up to Put your foot down.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog
ReplyDeleteThis is just wonderful all around! You have done a fantastic job quilting it and the softballs are just so fun to look at.
ReplyDeleteI've made several t-shirt quilts. I'm going to have to remember this pattern. I haven't used minky for backing. It just seems so stretchy.
ReplyDeleteLovely quilting design, and a very appropriate pattern! I love the large curves that add softness to the quilt's corners. Well done, as always ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing your inspirational work.
The quilting design was the perfect choice for such a special top! Those BQ patterns were so popular. I still enjoy seeing finished quilts made from the patterns. Using it as the basis for a t-shirt quilt. . .genius!!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
