The Rainbow Scrap Challenge color for April is Pink. My main RSC goal this year is to whittle down my stack of 5" scrap charm squares by turning them into baby quilts, 9 squares across by 11 squares down, therefore "99 Charms" quilts. Here are the two I made for April.
Pattern: 99 Charms
Size: 41" x 50"
Batting: Quilters Dream Cotton
Thread: Glide--Blush
It shows up great on this flannel backing. ⤵️
I love this Tula Pink stripe for binding, too.
My Quilt Info #2:
Pattern: 99 Charms
Size: 41" x 50"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Blush
More Tula Pink striped binding and flannel backing. 🩷
I tend to naturally alternate dark and light squares. I wish I could be a little more random, but that's just the way they all come out!
Here is my 99 Charms quilt count for 2026, so far:
January--💙💙💙
February--💚💚
March--❤️❤️
April--🩷🩷

ReplyDeleteFabulous quilts and I do love that striped binding. The pantos are always fun that you use. Was at a quilt show taking a class, wished you had been there...quite fun. Love those pantos - honey, honey and ruffles - just so much fun on simple quilts!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy seeing your lovely baby quilts, you certainly get them finished so quickly. I'm sure I've got a pile of 5in squares tucked away somewhere, wonder where they are?
