The wedding took place at the groom's grandparent's hobby farm. Our daughter designed the decorations and area. She asked me to make these curtains for the barn entrance:
In place of a cake there were donuts! I sewed a couple of these tablecloths:
And back to that wedding quilt. You may recognize it as a kit from Craftsy. It is such a fun, modern design, perfect for a wedding gift.
And the back:
It was a fairytale wedding. And we now have a wonderful son-in-law added into our family!
Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

What a pretty setting for a wedding, and all your prep work on those curtains and tablecloths added a nice touch! The quilt is beautiful, and I'm sure will be appreciated for years to come.
ReplyDeletehi Nancy: For some reason your comment box keeps disappearing on me whenever I click on it so I am leaving my comment as a reply to Wendy's. I hope you get it. This quilt is gorgeous! I love the colours in the kit and the striped background. I hadn't seen it as a Craftsy kit. It's a beautiful wedding quilt and of course it is so nicely quilted. My nephews wedding this past September was also held in a barn. They cleaned it up pretty nicely but it was a bit more rustic than this one! Great job on the decorations.
