Sara at Sew Sweetness, is having a monthly challenge for her "Minikins" patterns, 12 patterns of small bags and projects. The patterns come in a bundle and include PDF patterns, instructions, plus step-by-step video instructions.
The October Minikins challenge is the Bellevue Pouch. It comes in three sizes.
I made the small size first. The pattern says to cut down the zipper for all three sizes to 8 3/4". But for the medium and large I cut down the zipper to 12". I like the access better with the longer zipper length.
I used laminated fabric for the outside--a Tula Pink "Saltwater" print, and ripstop for the inside.
Check out the link-up at Sew Sweetness, here, and see the fun variety of Bellevue Pouches everyone is making.
Sara just released the "Minikins Season 2"! Check out her intro video here. "Minikins Season 2" is a "baker's dozen" (13) bundle of new patterns of various fun bags, with video instructions!

Haven't these turned out well. Great fabrics. I like the idea of the longer zip. I hate having to squeeze fingers into a small space.
