Mountain 🗻 Baby

Exciting times--our young friends, Mr & Mrs Mountain are expecting their first baby!!! And this seems like the perfect baby quilt for a Mountain baby!!!

Pattern: Misty Mountains from Patchwork & Poodles
Size: 36" X 36"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Putty
Quilting: Friction ⤵️ from Karlee Porter

Interesting Info: The baby shower was last Saturday. It was fun to watch her unroll the quilt and see it in its entirety! Their baby girl, to be named Ailbhe (pronounced Al-vah), an Irish name, is due in June!!!
Grey Grunge for the backing and binding. ⤴️
We're all looking forward to welcoming this new little life!!!

    I love this quilt, Nancy! I passed your post on to a friend who wants to make a mountain-themed quilt for a new grandbaby on the way. They don't know if it's a boy or girl, so something like this is perfect!
