A Baby Quilt For Leo

Our neighbors recently had their first baby, a boy named Leo!!!
Quilt Info:
Maker: Me!!!
Size: 36" x 42"
Pattern: Misty Mountains from Patchwork & Poodles
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Nickel
Pantograph: Friction ⤵️ from Karlee Porter
Love this modern geometric quilting design!!!
I used a grey Grunge for the backing. ⤵️
Interesting Info: This is my second time to make this quilt for a baby! The first one went to a little girl, Ailbhe (pronounced Al-vah), born on June 1st! ⤵️ More photos on my blog here.
The mountains are made from solids, with the sky being an off-white Grunge.
So glad to welcome a new baby to our neighborhood!!!

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

  6. Love it! Especially when a simple color change makes a totally different quilt.

  11. It's a great baby quilt pattern, and I like the pantograph, too. I wonder if I'd bought the Freddie, if I would have had better luck with my machine. I considered it!
