  5. They are both so pretty and a great use of leftover fabrics. I can see why Strawberry Thief is a favorite fabric. And the quilting is spectacular as always. Beautiful job by the both of you. Have a wonderful weekend, Nancy. Hugs.

  6. Oh that's so sweet to ask for a lot of quilts for her new home! Lucky mom ;) The two quilts are beautiful, she really has a sense of color, and your quilting is lovely! The feather design is very pretty, and works so well with the pattern. As usual: well done!

  7. How nice that a daughter recognizes her mother's quiltmaking skills enough to ask for quilts for her new house. That's a quiltmaker's dream... to be asked to make a quilt for a family member - at least, as long as the quilt will be appreciated! Your quilting designs really enhance these. Nice work, all around!

  10. Such lovely quilts. I do love that William Morris backing...and it is perfect for the Paper Stories quilt as well as that beautiful border. I love the second one too, what's not to like about French General fabrics. Her daughter's house will be lovely with the new additions to keep them nice and cozy.
