Two lovely quilts with great quilting. I like both of those quilting designs but will refrain from purchasing for the time being. Wanda is an interesting block which reminds me of one I did years ago but without the cool sashing. That sashing adds a lot to the quilt. Karen's quilt calls to me. I like the way she used the light blue and red fabrics to frame the blocks -- it helps move the eye down the whole quilt. Excellent eye candy today.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilts - hard to stop looking at them. I love the quilting - Featherweight is gorgeous, and I really love Undulation!
ReplyDeleteYou did a wonderful quilting on both quilts. Karen's quilt is beautiful, she designed such a pretty pattern. And I love the Wanda quilt, it's great to see all the versions you and your friends made! Undulation is perfect for this vivid and bright quilt!
