Kyle's❖Kwilts

Kyle is a co-worker of mine at our LQS--she's been working there for 20 years, and is a very prolific quilter!!! Here are a couple of quilts I quilted for her recently!!!
Quilt Info #1:
Maker: Kyle
Pattern: Natural Beauty from American Patchwork & Quilting
Fabrics: Woodland Collection by Lori Mason of RJR Fabrics
Size: 62" x 63"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Cream
Pantograph: Mahogany ⤵️ from Intelligent Quilting
Interesting Info: This quilt pattern was originally featured in the magazine, Quilts & More, Winter 2010. Now it's available as a free pattern on the American Patchwork & Quilting website. Kyle made this quilt top about 10 years ago, and hunted down the same fabrics used in the original pattern, with some variations!
Kyle asked for woodgrain quilting. Mahogany is a great pantograph for woodgrain!!! ⤵️
Quilt Info #2:
Maker: Kyle
Size: 41" x 57"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Mint
Pantograph: Meandering Jasmine ⤵️ from Urban Elementz
Interesting Info: Are these prints adorable or what!?! Elephants, tigers, parrots and frogs!!! Kyle was taken by the fabric and bought a layer cake. She first made this book pillow ⤵️ for her granddaughter, pattern from the book Growing Up Modern, by Alison Harris.
She cut the rest of the layer cake pieces in half to make a cute quilt to go with the book pillow!
Minkee backing ⤴️ makes this a perfect snuggly quilt for Kyle's granddaughter!!!
Fun quilts, Kyle! They will be well used and loved!!!

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy
