Susan made this quilt of love for her friend who is beating cancer.Ribbon Echo is the perfect quilting design for this quilt.
Susan and 3 friends wrote special encouraging notes for the recipient and Susan pieced them into the backing, which includes leftover bits of the fabrics used on the front.
Susan got these fabrics and panel blocks from Fat Quarter Shop. What a sweet quilt made with love and prayers!

For backing, Bonnie had this adorable flannel patchwork print with many cute teddy bears and patchwork blocks! ⤵️

ReplyDeleteSusan’s Hope in Bloom is just perfect and the Ribbon Echo is just right. I love how bright and cheery it is and will be a comfort for her fried. Bonnie’s Honey Bouquet is just fun and that panto, insterstellar looks great. I love a two sided quilt and that flannel backing is just perfect. Vicki’s patriotic quilt is fabulous. It is inspiring me for my scraps! Vicki’s quilt is perfect for one who served so well.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful and special pink quilt, and the love and prayers sewn into makes it a magic quilt. I love the backing of Bonnie's quilt SO much! The flag pattern by Amy makes such a neat patriotic quilt and Vicki's is the prettiest version I've seen. It is making me want to make it!
