Wendy's Triple Play

Having three quilt tops prepped and ready for the longarmer is a great accomplishment, and that's just what Wendy had for me.

This first quilt is Wendy's version of the 2017-2018 Scraptamer's mystery quilt, from Glad Creations Quilt Shop. Don't you love the pink/yellow/grey palette of batiks she used?!

The quilting is "Verve", a modern, fun quilt design that adds curves to the many squares in this quilt.

The backing is a beautiful black and white batik.

Second up is this adorable modern quilt Wendy made for a little girl.

The quilt pattern is "Flight Path" from the magazine, "Quilting Quickly".

I quilted it with "Deja Vu", a feathery, whimsical design.

That stunning border fabric is also used for the flying geese, plus she pieced some yardage together for the back. The fabric is "Paint Pots" by Kaffe Fassett.

Wendy's third quilt is a version of Jacob's Ladder, with the pattern from Jelly Roll Quilts and More, by Kimberly Einmo.

I quilted Feathered Curls on this more traditional quilt. Isn't that plum colored inner border beautiful!

The fabric line of this quilt is "Kansas Troubles".

Wendy, great job!!! Each one is a beauty!
