🌟Joyful Barn Star🌟

Quilt Info:
Maker: Val
Pattern: Joyful Barn Star from Tasha Noel
Size: 24" X 24"
Batting: Quilters Dream Poly
Thread: Glide--Creme
Quilting: Feathered Frond (Large) from Willow Leaf Studio
Interesting Info: I've made five Joyful Barn Stars myself! You can see my summer version here, my autumn version here, my Christmas version here, my indigo/winter version here, and my spring version here. Val saw one of mine at our quilt show and she bought the pattern and made one, also!!! She even downsized the pattern from it's original 36" square to 24" square, like I did. And then she asked me to quilt it using the same quilting design I used on mine! Isn't it fun when we inspire each other in quilting!!!
I love this Feathered Frond quilting:
Val used some Quilt Minnesota fabrics for her version, including poppies and lily of the valley!!!
This will be a fun table topper or wall quilt, Val!!! Great timing as these flowers will soon be blooming here in Minnesota!

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

  2. Beautiful quilt. I love the feathered leaf quilting. The barn quilt block looks good in every season. My favorite colors are Val's and your spring version. Must be my love of spring at the moment. I am very much a seasonal quilter. Thank you for joining in my linky party fun this week ... :) Pat
