🌈RSC Yellow🟡

I'm doing the Rainbow Scrap Challenge (RSC) in 2024! It's a great way to work through your scraps and turn them into quilts! April's RSC color is yellow! Angela at Super Scrappy posts a new color every month.
This year I'm making butterflies from my spare stash of 5" squares! Some are old, some are new! I'm using the Hope Takes Flight free pattern from Robert Kaufmann. Let me know if you have any of these fabrics in your collections:
My 2024 Rainbow Scrap Challenge block count:

January:     Dark/Bright Greens        16 blocks
February:   Red                                16 blocks
March:        Purple                            16 blocks
April:           Yellow                            16 blocks
See the colors for each month and the Saturday link parties at Angela's blog: SoScrappy!!!

  1. Pretty blocks in all shades of yellow! I did find one that I recognized from my stash - it is the bottom left butterfly in the fourth picture down, flowers with long petals. I had it in a turquoise colorway - and can't remember what I used it for, but it was a favorite!

  5. I love this choice and the way they are made is fun (checked out the pattern). I do spy one that I have in my collection - the yellow daisy with orange center. There may be others but I know I have and had that one!

  6. I just love your blocks, Nancy. Are you going to create the quilt like the pattern or change it up ? I printed the pattern earlier after seeing your previous blocks and was wondering. Thank you again for the inspiration and link .Happy quilting. Hugs.
