Love these orange butterflies, especially the kitty one. ;) I like that black body fabric. Will you make more than one quilt, or all the blocks in one huge quilt?
ReplyDeleteI love checking out what fabric you have/had in your stash!
ReplyDeleteAlways fun to see the butterfly of the month. Is 16 the number for a reason? A good number to make or a specific plan for the quilt/s?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection of orange butterflies.
ReplyDeleteThink I have three of those (or had at some point). :)
ReplyDeleteLovely selection of orange fabrics. Very appropriate for butterflies.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great variety of orange butterflies. So monarch like with the black bodies
ReplyDeleteSo many pretty orange flutterbies! You have such a great stash!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty - and I only saw a couple of orange fabrics that live in my stash too.
ReplyDeleteI love your orange butterflies, Nancy! I don't have a lot of orange in my stash, so it's fun to see what others have. The cats are hilarious!
ReplyDeleteMy oranges lean to the fallish bronzes or Halloween themed fabrics. Every one at the retreat thought I was making a Halloween quilt! Nope!
ReplyDeleteYou are making so many butterflies, surely plenty in all ghs colours for more than one quilt?
ReplyDeleteYummy color and blocks! I recognize one of your fabrics, I share the one on the third image, first block on the top row ;) Fun little cats on the bus too!
ReplyDeleteI am loving these orange blocks, Nancy. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed perusing all of your orange fabrics for your orange butterflies. I had one fabric in my stash! When I have one that you had I smile and hope you felt joy when you stitched with it!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
ReplyDeleteOh Bold and bright butterflies!! LOVE them!
ReplyDelete'Tis the season for monarch butterflies. 🧡 Thanks for sharing in my Sew and Tell party.
ReplyDeleteI thought of monarchs right away. Apparently a group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope, which would be a great name for the quilt for all your RSC blocks.
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of wonderful oranges. I've been trying to add oranges as my stash is pretty low in that color. Yep, just read that butterflies are a kaleidoscope recently. It would make a terrific name. (Said the gal who can't come up names for her own quilts!)
ReplyDeleteLove those orange butterflies! You have quite a selection of orange and they look great.
ReplyDeleteIt is so inspiring to see you sticking with your Rainbow Challenge for months and years... reminds me to get going on my own goals ;) xo
