4 Inspiring Quilts

Big picture--this is Missy's version of the 2025 Laundry Basket Quilts Mystery Quilt! At 91" square, it's quite large.
Beautiful center detail. ⤵️ Missy used a half yard bundle of "Roselyn" by Minick and Simpson.
Cute backing! ⤵️ This is a 108" wide "Chrysanthemum" print from Laundry Basket Quilts.
Just breathtakingly beautiful!!!

"Benay's Herringbone" is a geometric style meander that works well on so many quilts. ⤴️⤵️
Susan had some Quilt Minnesota mini panels leftover and came up with a great way to use them up. Her inspiration was the Sundance and Moondance quilt patterns from Villa Rosa Designs.
Pheasant and turtle squares. ⤵️
Dragonfly and Morel mushroom squares. ⤵️
With a pine tree/pine cone background. ⤵️
The minkee backing makes a cuddly finish!

"Christmas" is such a great varied and random looking pantograph! ⤴️⤵️
More minkee backing! ⤵️

Lynn requested swirls and stars quilting. ⤵️
Minkee on the back here, too--that makes 3 of these 4 quilts with minkee backings. ⤵️

  10. Nice quilting! I have made the Moondance quilt several times. It works up so fast! The Herringbone quilt design worked out really for that quilt.

  14. These are all fabulous quilts! Love the Laundry Basket mystery - such a gorgeous red and white quilt. The Villa Rosa patterns are fun too, perfect use of fabric and patterns. The GE designs is in my some of my favorite colors; it is really pretty. Great job on the quilting too, putting the perfect icing on the quilts!

    I have to agree that Missy's quilt is a delight. Beautifully pieced and the feathers are perfect.
    I love seeing the backs of the quilts when they are in minkee. The quilting designs show off so well.
