Flannel Jelly Roll Quilt

Jane made this soft northwoods quilt from a flannel jelly roll. She gave it a different look by having the strips go the long way. This is a super long quilt--62" X 98", just the way my family loves them, too!

This edge-to-edge design is called "Whitecaps".

It's hard to get away from those lint bits when working on a jelly roll quilt, since the edges are cut in a zigzag. But they will eventually shake or wash off.

Great job, Jane!!! Someone's going to be glad to receive this soft quilt!

Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

  5. This is providing me with inspiration for some flannel fabric we have in our quild stash. How were the seams on the thin strips?
