Here's my latest personal finish!!!
Quilt Info:
Pattern: Reverb by White Plains Quilts
Size: 51" X 63"
Batting: Quilters Dream Cotton, Request
Thread: Glide--Apricot Blush
Quilting: Purl from 627handworks
Interesting Info: When you sign up for the White Plains Quilts newsletter, Brittany sends out this pattern for free!!! It only take a half yard of three different fabrics, plus background. 
Isn't this the sweetest fabric ever--three types of small birds, mushrooms and wildflowers!!!!
You can get a good look at the quilting, too, a new quilting design called, "Purl"--it looks just like purl stitches in knitting!⤴️⤵️
I was glad to discover I had one more half of a duvet cover from IKEA, and therefore didn't have to piece a backing!⤵️
I have it on display on this quilt rack, made by my dad and recently given to me by my sister!⤵️
Dad did this beautiful wheat wood chipping on the sides of this quilt rack, too! He's been gone a little over two years now, which makes it all the more precious.
This is a fun, simple pattern and a great way to feature some cute favorite fabrics!!! Thanks, Brittany, for making it available for free! I highly recommend it!

    Such a pretty, spring-like quilt! Even against the snow, the fabrics sing Spring--just like crocuses peeping out of the snow.

    That is a great design for a strippie quilt. Love the fabrics you have used. They are gorgeous. And the purl design works really well.

    Great pattern, and beautiful way to show pretty fabrics. Love the mushrooms! The backing is perfect too, perfectly coordinated. Your dad's rack is a beauty, beautifully carved.

    So many great things - a fun finish of a strippie quilt, a great new quilting pattern and a new to you but treasured quilt rack. It is truly a fun finish and I would want to look at for quite some time! Gonna go check out Brittany's instructions for it...unearthed some strips in the recent move.
