Four ❖ Quilts

I have four quilts to share from three quilters! Here they are!!!
Quilt Info #1:
Maker: Missy
Size: 97" x 97"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Cream
Pantograph: Belle of Georgia ⤵️ from Tiny Orchard Quilts
This quilt is a beauty!!! All that wide open space called out for some fancy feathers!
Missy started out with a layer cake that had 2 of each print. She used a pattern from Missouri Star Quilt Co.
A close-up of a couple of the stars. ⤴️⤵️
The 108" backing is a favorite of Missy's and I can see why! It's called "Strawberry Thief" from William Morris.⤵️
A real heirloom!!!
Quilt Info #2:
Maker: Susan
Size: 55" x 67"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton
Thread: Glide--Azure
Pantograph: Harbour Wave ⤵️ from Urban Elementz
Susan is my panel queen! Here's another one of those Quilt Minnesota panels that she put together in a clever way!
What better quilting for a Minnesota quilt, land of 10,000+ lakes, than waves!!!
Susan used a colorful batik for the backing.⤵️
Love the dragonfly accent fabrics, too!!!
Quilt Info #3:
Maker: Lynn
Pattern: Dina from GE Designs
Size: 57" x 75"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton Request
Thread: Glide--Azure
Pantograph: Radiate ⤵️ from My Creative Stitches
Lynn made two quilts with one big effort! She made enough blocks to make 2 quilts, plus she had some extras blocks that she made into a charity quilt.
Lynn made this quilt for a dear friend going through the loss of a close family member.
I'm sure this will be a great comfort and show of love.
Quilt Info #4:
Maker: Lynn
Pattern: Dina from GE Designs
Size: 57" x 75"
Batting: Quilters Dream 100% Cotton Request
Thread: Glide--Azure
Pantograph: Soho ⤵️ from Urban Elementz
This quilt is for a friend whose wife previously received a quilt from Lynn. The wife reports that her husband keeps "borrowing" her quilt! Now they will have his and hers quilts!!!
Minkee on the back makes for such a cuddly quilt! Plus great stitch definition!!!
Love the orange accent strips, too!!! Great contrast from the opposite side of the color wheel!
Great inspiration!!! Keep on sharing love through quilts!!!

  3. These are all gorgeous! Besides doing such a masterful job quilting them, you showcase your customers' quilts so beautifully! Missy's is a classic, and I love the William Morris fabric on the back - one of my favorite lines. I had to zoom in to see how Susan staggered those blocks around that pretty panel, I still can't figure it out. Love the blues and pops of orange on Lynn's.

Missy doesn't shy away from the big quilts. Great to see how it is done with the layer cakes. A lovely finish.
Susan always does wonderful designs with her panels. Another great one.

  9. How nice to have his and her quilts! Funny that the husband was "borrowing" her quilt!!! That panel quilt maker has a gift for creating amazing tops with a panel. I like the wave quilting and of course, the feathers are the perfect fit for the stars!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects

The two Dina quilts are beautiful, of course the husband can't resist taking it from his wife ;)) Your quilting complements them perfectly, thank you for sharing your art and linking up.

  11. Your clients bring you the prettiest quilts, Nancy, and I know why: You are just the best at embellishing and enhancing every quilt top with the perfect quilting design. You make every quilt look like a rock star. I especially love that feather design you used on the star quilt; perfect pairing.
