Quilters love quilt parties! Cheryl @ MeadowMistDesigns is having a year end quilt link party, her 9th year hosting the "Best 5" blog posts of the year!
1. 🎉 Milestone: Number 1,000 🎉 I quilted my 1,000th quilt on my longarm in April! Quilt number 1,000 was my Bonnie Hunter Chilhowie 2022 mystery quilt!!! For the backing, I followed a pattern from Kelly of My Quilt Infatuation's new book, Perfectly Pieced Quilt Backs!
Thank you for stopping by my blog this year, reading, and leaving comments! I broke my left wrist on December 22nd. I will post my final quilt numbers for this year on December 31st, then will be recuperating for as long as it takes.
Grace and peace!!! ~Nancy

ReplyDeleteGrace, the national park photo looks like Bryce Canyon National Park. Is it? I am wondeeing if any of those parks you visited were in Utah. It is likely because we have 5 if then: Bryce, Zions, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Canyonlands.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm replying here since your email isn't attached--that photo was taken at Bryce Canyon NP. That was the only one in Utah we went to in 2023, but we have been to all 5 national parks in Utah. Utah is a treasure trove of beautiful parks!!!
DeleteYour thousandth quilt? Wowzer! It is beautiful. I am glad it was yours. Love the border on it.
